Embracing the Inner Pathway
to Healing and Peace

Coming Soon: From Grief to Gratitude

What if we could look at death with curiosity instead of fear? What if, after someone dies, we shifted from “what could have been” to “what can be”? What if we could see it from their side instead of ours? What if we could hold a grateful heart—even in loss?

When my 23-year-old son Christopher died in a car accident, my world shattered. He was my best friend, my business partner, my beloved firstborn. The grief was unbearable—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. But in the depths of that pain, when I felt I hit rock bottom, I had a moment of clarity where I knew there was another way. That started my journey with its many twists and turns but always with a firm commitment to allowing life to teach me and not torture me. This choice to find another way was further tested when my beloved wife of 38 years passed away.

My Journey from Grief to Gratitude is the story of that choice—and the unexpected healing that followed. Through daily journaling, attending retreats, meditation, and a search for deeper meaning in death and life, I discovered a powerful truth: the love in our relationships don’t end with death. Love is within and is ongoing and growing and our relationships transform as we do.

This book isn’t just about loss—it’s about awakening. It’s about finding a new way to live and to love beyond the limits of form. If you are navigating grief or seeking peace after profound loss, this book offers a path forward—one grounded in presence, possibility, and a deeper connection to life itself.
